Our Story
The W Group uses a holistic approach to help local governments overcome challenges and strengthen their communities. We assess, design, and deliver best-practice solutions and provide our client-partners with ongoing support when and where required.
Founder and Managing Partner, Kent Waugh, has 38+ years of experience conducting public consultation on behalf of dozens of communities. He was a pioneer of online research panels, establishing one of the first global panels in 1999. The W Group was founded in 2009 out of a desire to raise the bar and make a measurable positive impact. Municipal Client-Partners constantly inspire our team with their subject-matter expertise and drive to improve their communities. Since 2009 The W Group has continued to grow with resilience: increasing and adjusting services as needs arise within municipal government.
